It has two double beds and a large sofa bed, Air Conditioning, Smart TV, fridge with separate freezer, induction hob, washing machine. Wi-Fi is included.

Booking conditions
- 40% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
- Security deposit of 300€ that will be returned at the check out, if there hasn't been any damages or breaks in the house.
- Cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 50€.
- Cost for extra person/night 10€ (from 4 people)
- High chair and cot have a cost of 30€, both of them.
- Check in from 2 pm.
- Check out at 10 am.
- Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
- Respect and care of the facilities is required.
- Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
- Local Tourist Tax of 1,75€/person is not included.
- For late check-in (after 11:00 PM), it has to be informed in advance and our explicit approval is mandatory. There will be an extra charge of 30€.
Cancellation policy
Standard cancellation policy. There is no refund of the amount paid in advance. Therefore, the down payment made during the reservation procedure will not be refunded.
Force majeure cancellation Policy. Only in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation). We will give you a voucher of the amount you have paid (the down payment). This voucher will be valid for future bookings in any of our apartments.
